About Us:
Braveheart Wrestling Club is a non-profit youth wrestling organization for boys and girls ages 4 through 17 years old. It was established in 2012 and is supported and ran by many volunteers. We practice out of Shadle Park high school on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Currently, we wrestle in two leagues: the nationally recognized USA Wrestling League and the Washington Little Guy Wrestling League.
The USA Wrestling League continues to practice and compete from early November thru mid August each year. This league requires more family commitment including more weekly practice time, higher costs, and travels to tournaments, as well as, competes locally.
The Washington Little Guy Wrestling League strives to promote the sport of wrestling to kids in and around Washington State for boys and girls ages 5-14 years old. This is a great league to start out in because it includes beginners, as well as, advanced wrestlers. This league has lower costs and typically less travel. The Washington Little Guy Wrestling League practices mid January thru mid April and the season includes 5 standard tournaments and an end of season championship.

Fundraisers:
Each year we do a few fundraisers to hep cover the Club's normal expenses like rent, certifications, awards etc. We strive to keep the cost of participation to the athlete and families as low as possible. The fundraisers vary from pizza cards to car washes-Thank you to all the athletes, parents and coaches that help to make our club a success! We couldn't do it without you!
"No Wrestler Left Behind"
The no wrestler left behind program is designed to help ensure that
every wrestler has the opportunity to participate in all Braveheart functions.
(Camps, BHW Wrestling dues, Wrestling equipment and Tournament fees).
How it works
We as a club we put on various fundraisers like but not limited to; car washes during the summer and yard clean up during the fall. All wrestlers that show up and participate get an equally split percentage of all money earned that day. We keep track of the money and can issue vouchers upon request in the amount of total money earned per wrestler. Vouchers can be emailed (upon Request) and can be used for ensuring all wrestlers can participate in all Braveheart functions.
